Some past examples of classes

Profiling--discussion of the basics of the profiling process and trouble shooting of the reflow process. Two days at the actual oven running profiles and setting up the oven to a variety of different boards runs.

2 day Lead Free introduction--brief discussion on the basics of soldering followed by side by side comparisons of the wetting characteristics of lead free alloys and lead bearing alloys. Workmanship criteria for lead free solder joints is discussed as the soldering process begins.
